• Shipping and Handling We typically ship items via UPS or US Postal Service. Your order generally leaves our doors within 48 hours of being processed. The cost of shipping is automatically calculated by your shopping cart, based on the total weight of your order, the shipping destination, and your delivery preference. In some circumstances we will agree to use other carriers. Purchases over $100 qualify for free shipping. We cannot process international orders at this time.

• Returns & Exchanges Summer Cooper Co. is committed to your total satisfaction. If for any reason you find any product unsatisfactory, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of shipping. To return an item, please send an email letting us know what item you will be returning to customercare@theisucofairies.com. All merchandise must be in pristine condition with tags, packaging intact, and your sales receipt. Worn items will not be refunded. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your original method of payment (less shipping charges). You are responsible for properly packaging the return package. We recommend you insure the package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

• Back-orders We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product and inventory information. In the event that an item is back ordered, you will be notified via phone, email or mail within 24 hours.
